Essence of Brahmbhatt
We are believed to be a Brahmin subcaste. But according to some historians, we are a mixed breed who are half Brahmins and half Kshatriyas. However, we were highly regarded in society and were called 'Deviputra' (son of God). Historically the Barots and Bhatts are related to us.
